Job Description
Strong expertise in data analytics, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, data crunching, and deep-dive analysis across large and complex datasets.
Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Strong business acumen with the capability to connect data insights to business outcomes, commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic objectives.
Translate raw and unstructured data into compelling management dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling using modern analytics and visualization tools.
Generate actionable recommendations and key insights to support leadership teams in making informed and timely decisions.
Build executive-level presentations with clear narratives, KPIs, performance trends, and business implications.
Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics techniques to accelerate data transformation, reporting automation, insight generation, and visualization development.
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Excel (Advanced), SQL, Python, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-enabled analytics platforms.
Strong capability to automate recurring reporting processes and improve efficiency through analytics solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define success metrics, and develop data-driven solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, performance optimization, and data quality enhancement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex analytical findings in a simple and impactful manner.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines
