Data Analyst Internship (Full Time/Part Time)

Location: Pioneer, Singapore

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Management

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources (e.g., databases, ERP system, surveys).
• Clean, validate, and organize raw data for analysis.
• Maintain databases and data systems.

2. Data Analysis

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data.

3. Reporting & Visualization

• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Excel.
• Present findings in a clear and actionable format to stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes where possible.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements to data collection and analysis processes.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Degree in any relevant field of studies
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel Advance level)
• Able to commit to a 5-month internship (open to either full-time or part-time arrangements)
