Lead analytics projects aimed at enhancing SPX key performance
Evaluate and define business metrics, oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to support the Operation teams ongoing and future needs
Manage ad-hoc data requests through an efficient ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Lead the effort to communicate with stakeholders regularly to ensure seamless data and information flow from ideation to execution, tracking, and evaluation.
Participate in strategic projects with operational teams and provide data and insights to support decision-making.
Lead and mentor a team of Business intelligence professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Intelligence team
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in numerical/analytical field is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must, knowledge in Python is an added advantage
Minimum 6 years of working experience in data analysis related work
Experience in managing a team (analytical team preferred).
Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex consideration
Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner
