Durioo+ is a Safe Streaming Platform for Muslim Children, created by the minds behind Omar & Hana and Didi & Friends. The platform aims to provide a safe and educational environment for Muslim children to enjoy quality content.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cyberjaya for a Data Analytics Intern at Durioo+. The intern will work on tasks related to data analytics, data engineering, data management to support the platform&aposs operations and growth.

You will gain hands on experience in:

1) Data Collection and Engineering: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources, including Python scripts, BigQuery, and Google Sheets, to support analysis and reporting.

2) Content and Product Analytics: Analyze trends, content performance, user behavior and subscriber conversions, along with conducting research on platforms like YouTube.

3) Dashboard and Reporting: Support the team in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to effectively communicate data insights.

4) Data Wrangling and Warehousing: Collaborate on data engineering tasks, including organizing, cleaning, and managing data in data lakes and data warehouses to ensure efficient storage and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and skills in data analytics
• Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, curious, and analytical
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• A passion for meaningful content and a willingness to learn
