Data Associate – Graduate Programme

About the Programme:

The Data Associate Graduate Programme is a 2-year structured rotational programme designed to develop future data professionals by providing hands-on experience across key areas within Group Data & Analytics. Participants will rotate through multiple teams, gaining exposure to technical skills, business understanding through analytics, and data governance. This immersive experience enables participants to build a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making while contributing to data-driven initiatives.

What You Will Experience:

Through this programme, participants will gain exposure in:

• Technical Proficiency Work with data science tools and automation processes to solve complex problems and extract meaningful insights.
• Business Acumen Learn to interpret trends, translate data into strategic insights, and understand how data supports business growth in advanced analytics.
• Data Governance & Data Management Develop an understanding of data management, data governance, and data ethics to ensure responsible data management across Maybank.

Career Pathway:

Upon completion, participants will transition into roles such as:

• Data Scientist
• Data Engineer
• Business Analyst
