Execute 5*8 IDC facility on-site coverage to ensure rapid response to operational incidents outside regular business hours. Able to arrive on-site promptly per operational incident management protocols. Organize and lead the infrastructure operations team, establish shift and emergency response mechanisms, supervise compliance, ensure quick incident resolution, and drive process optimization and automation to enhance overall data center infrastructure stability.
Maintain and update infrastructure information to ensure 100% accuracy. Regularly review platform alert settings and monitor system availability and stability.
Respond to and handle incidents in accordance with operational event management procedures. Arrive on-site quickly, follow Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), resolve issues, and complete root cause analysis and fault reporting until full closure.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within the IDC facility, including electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems. Lead root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and knowledge documentation.
Identify potential risks, implement control measures, and continuously optimize EOP processes.
Independently develop and implement Method of Procedures (MOP) for changes and renovation projects, ensuring zero faults caused by modifications.
Demonstrate professional knowledge of infrastructure systems and IDC facility standards and design. Understand differences between mainstream infrastructure brands and provide optimization recommendations. Proficient in data center infrastructure monitoring, security management, risk management, drills, capacity planning, availability management, and cost optimization to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Lead team efforts to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks. Familiar with project management tools and methodologies. Able to coordinate projects, optimize processes, establish technical standards, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center industry, with at least 5 years in infrastructure management.
Professional knowledge of infrastructure systems and fundamental IDC operations.
Strong logical communication skills, attentive listening, and ability to promote cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in team management, mentoring, and collaboration with other teams (e.g., IT Operations). Strong team spirit with proactive support for colleagues.
Proven team management and project coordination skills. Able to handle unexpected tasks independently, manage workloads, lead projects, allocate resources efficiently, and drive regional project implementation.
