Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager with a strong background in construction to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of data center projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Main Accountabilities

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of data center construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Risk Management: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address delays or unforeseen issues.
• Reporting: Track project performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Electrical/ Mechanical or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in data center construction or related industries. 
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects with complex requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Fluent communication in Mandarin is an additional advantage.
