Lead the overall technical architecture design of overseas data center projects, including site selection evaluation, power systems (including renewable energy integration), cooling solutions, IT load planning, PUE optimization, etc.;
Collaborate closely with the business development team to transform early-stage opportunities into feasible, financeable, and constructible technical solutions, and support tender document preparation and customer technical clarifications;
Interface with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and third-party consultants to ensure the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance of design solutions during the construction and operation phases;
Continuously track global data center cutting-edge technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, modular deployment, AI-powered energy efficiency management, direct green power supply) and drive the iterative upgrade of the company's technical solutions;
Support project due diligence, feasibility studies, and technical risk assessments, providing professional input for investment decisions;
Provide technical support during project execution, assisting in resolving key technical issues during construction and commissioning.
Key requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center industry, having led or deeply participated in the entire process from design to construction of at least two medium-to-large-scale (≥10MW) data center projects;
Proficient in data center critical system design, including high/low voltage power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, cooling architecture (air/liquid-cooled), BA systems, etc.;
Familiar with international mainstream standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier standards, ASHRAE, IEEE, IEC, NFPA) and local regulations (e.g., NEC, BS, IEC);
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (must be able to independently prepare English technical documents, participate in international meetings, and customer negotiations);
Possess cross-cultural collaboration awareness and adaptability to frequent international travel or remote coordination of multi-timezone teams.
Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required (up to [35%]).
Experience with renewable energy (photovoltaic, wind power) and data center integration projects, familiar with PPA, green certificates, carbon footprint accounting mechanisms is preferred
Familiarity with data center intelligent operation and maintenance platforms (DCIM) or AI-driven energy efficiency optimization tools is preferred
Background in the power generation industry, with an understanding of supply-side and demand-side collaborative optimization logic is preferred
