Position: Coordinator, Operational Process Improvement & Digitalization

Work Location: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

Work arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type: 6 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on experience & skills)

What You Will Do

• Digital Transformation – Support customer onboarding and setup in systems
• Data Management – Maintain accurate and consistent data across platforms
• Process Documentation – Document workflows to support digitalization initiatives
• Reporting – Generate insights and reports to improve operational efficiency
• Operations Support – Assist in converting manual bookings into digital platforms
• Coordination – Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Compliance – Adhere to company policies, data security, and documentation standards

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of working experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer systems is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
