Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Associate based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for accurate data input, update, and management, with a focus on financial-related documentation & stock-related documentation. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update financial data into excel & finance databases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to finance (purchasing, claim, sales) & stock (excel datasheet)
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and consistency across systems
• Support e-invoicing processes and compliance where applicable
• Collaborate with other teams to gather or verify required data

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, basic functions)
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative work in finance/accounts is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge or experience in e-Invoice implementation is an added advantage
• High level of integrity and commitment to handling confidential data
