About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Expert to drive and support critical SAP data migration initiatives, particularly involving SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and successful migration execution across multiple stakeholders and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the NEO local team in coordinating data cleansing activities based on defined methodologies
• Lead onboarding sessions and workshops to help teams understand data migration approaches and mapping
• Validate data migration deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
• Manage timelines and proactively identify risks, ensuring smooth delivery across all assigned data objects
• Act as the first point of contact for migration defects and data-related issues
• Support application owners with insights on data propagation and downstream impacts
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies in a complex environment
• Lead post-migration reviews (REX) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration
• Proven experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration (highly preferred)
• At least 3 years of ETL experience
• Strong experience in data mapping and migration systems

Key Skills & Competencies

• Functional and technical expertise in data migration objects
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems (experience with EBX is an advantage)
• Solid understanding of data quality, ETL processes, reconciliation, and validation
• Ability to work closely with local teams to tailor migration approaches
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies in a multi-stakeholder environment
• End-to-end understanding of data quality impact on migration processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset
