SAP R2R Data Migration Expert (Assets) FICO

• Involved in implementation and AMS of SAP (FICO) projects with R2R Record-to-Report processes.
• Analyse client's current FICO and R2R business processes and identify areas of localization requirements compared with the global template.
• Adopt and understand the global template quickly and accurately for the SAP FICO module, becoming a process expert with the ability to explain the R2R process.
• Integrate the SAP FICO module with other relevant SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
• Must have hands-on experience in at least one SAP data migration project, particularly involving FICO/R2R data.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading into SAP.
• Develop and implement reports and functionalities to enhance visibility and control over the R2R process.
• Test and troubleshoot any issues that arise during or after implementation.
• Train client staff on how to use the new SAP FICO system for R2R operations.
• Communicate effectively with local and global teams, as well as IT experts across different systems.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any equivalent course.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP FICO, with R2R or similar roles.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory.
• Good to have SAP FICO Consultant and/or SAP R2R certification.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities, particularly those related to R2R processes, including AR, AP, GL, payments, fixed assets, cost centre, profit centre, internal orders, etc.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Independent, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
