You will be part of a high-performing
Data Operations team delivering accurate, real-time financial and market intelligence to global clients across investment banking, asset management and professional services.
About the Role As a
Data Operations Associate, you will work with proprietary technology and global teams to source, analyse and publish high-quality financial or market data. You may focus on either
financial data analysis or
market news monitoring, ensuring clients receive timely insights to support critical investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyse and validate financial or market data using in-house technology tools
- Monitor corporate announcements, earnings releases and market-moving news
- Maintain datasets including company financials, capital structures and reporting timelines
- Identify key insights, inconsistencies and trends in financial disclosures
- Track ratings changes, deal activity, maturities and structured credit updates
- Manage coverage of a portfolio of companies or sectors
- Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the US to deliver timely data outputs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and data quality enhancements
About You
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious about financial markets, business performance or data analytics
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with structured datasets
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, growth-focused attitude
Desirable (depending on team focus):
- Exposure to financial statements, accounting, audit, credit analysis or data analysis
- Interest in financial news, capital markets or investment research
- Ability to prioritise multiple information sources and meet tight deadlines

Casual Loading
