Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Analyst to join Collective Investment Services team (CIS). This entry-level role focuses on processing client orders and transactions, ensuring efficient execution, settlement, and investigation across a range of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage transactions including Mutual Funds, Time Deposits, Private Equities, and Alternative Assets.
- Facilitate accurate order placement, settlement, and reconciliation activities.
- Handle and reconcile positions related toCorporate Action events.
- Support securities transaction processing and provide analytical input to trading activities.
- Identify and resolve settlement issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Analyse moderately complex reports to support management requirements and control functions.
- Monitor operational errors, propose solutions, and minimize risk exposure.
- Escalate transaction-related issues and collaborate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in the design and analysis of reports aligned with business and leadership standards.
- Support control activities and contribute to the launch of new products and services.
- Ensure strict adherence to audit, compliance, and internal control policies.
- Demonstrate sound risk awareness and uphold ethical standards in all business decisions.
