Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Developer who will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing a team to ensure successful delivery of migration projects. This role involves making key technical decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing robust solutions to complex problems both within the immediate team and across cross-functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data migration solutions in line with business and application requirements.
• Lead and manage the migration team, making strategic decisions to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to design effective migration strategies.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for Dynamics 365 Online.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions, utilizing both out-of-the-box (OOB) features and C# plugins/extensions.
• Develop and maintain Azure Web Jobs (C#) and Azure Blob storage solutions for migration processes.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and implement resolutions in a timely manner.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and technical guidance for the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Online and general OOB (Out-of-the-Box) customization.
• Strong proficiency in C# for development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage and Azure Web Jobs (C#).
• Solid understanding of data migration principles, ETL processes, and integration best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage a technical team, making effective technical and operational decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale data migration projects.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data transformation tools.
