Data Product Manager

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap creation, and delivery of core data and AI solutions

• Partner with functional leaders and business executives to translate high-level commercial objectives into actionable technical product features and backlogs.

• Manage resource allocation and collaborate directly with engineering, analytics, and Data teams to execute sprints, unblock delivery, and resolve system outages.

• Establish product governance, data management frameworks, and post-deployment tracking metrics to evaluate user adoption and overall return on investment.

• Champion change management across the enterprise by delivering user training and driving the integration of machine learning workflows into daily business routines.

skills and experience required.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Minimum 7 years of product management or technical delivery experience centered around AI, data engineering, business intelligence, or advanced analytics.

• Prior exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments is a strong plus

• Strong technical background
