Internship Overview

This internship provides hands-on experience in automation and analytics within a real-world business environment, offering exposure to finance operations and digital tools that drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Upskilling support: Contribute to company upskilling initiatives by supporting participants before, during, and after training, focusing on technical skills.
• Automate repetitive tasks: Develop scripts or leverage automation tools to streamline routine processes.
• Workflow automation: Optimize internal workflows using Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Troubleshooting and optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing automations and propose solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Documentation: Produce clear documentation of automation logic, steps, assumptions, and maintenance guidelines.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Availability: Minimum internship duration of 16 weeks; internship period starting April 2026.
• Communication: Proficient in English & Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical skills: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Nice to have: Skills in Canva and video editing.
