We're looking for a 3 to 6 years of talented Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge Generative AI, recommendation engine, churn prediction, chatbot applications. Google Cloud Platform like Gemini and Vertex AI. You will build, deploy, and optimize AI solutions that drive actionable business insights and next-level user experiences.

What You'll Do

Prepare, clean, and transform raw data for analytical and ML models. Developed Generative AI solutions and chatbots using Python and SQL to enhance user engagement and automation. Built recommendation engines and churn prediction models to drive personalized experiences and improve customer retention. Worked extensively on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging Vertex AI and Gemini for scalable AI and machine learning solutions.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI models using Vertex AI, Gemini, and other GCP tools.

Conduct exploratory data analysis and create visualizations to uncover insights.

Build and enhance chatbots and conversational AI leveraging: LangChain for chain-of-thought and pipeline orchestration

Pinecone and ChromaDB for vector search and retrieval

RAG for retrieval-augmented generation

Develop ML solutions for projects including: Generative AI assistants and

summarization

Lookalike audience targeting

Content recommendation engines

Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to bring prototypes into production.

Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on model performance.

Continuously explore new AI tools, frameworks, and Google Cloud capabilities.

What We're Looking For

35 years of experience in data science, analytics, or ML.

Strong hands-on experience with: Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) Google Cloud Platform like Gemini and Vertex AI , Gen AI, Chatbot, recommendation engine, churn prediction

Cloud ML/AI platforms (Vertex AI preferred)

Chatbot development and conversational AI systems

Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB)

Lang Chain and RAG for RAG applications

Familiarity with ML concepts: classification, clustering, regression, recommendation systems, NLP

Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based applications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, lean and collaborative environment Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
