Job Summary:
As a Data Warehouse Architect with Capgemini, you will design, build, and maintain the framework for client's central data repository, ensuring data is accurately stored, integrated, and accessible for analysis. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, security, and data modeling to facilitate faster and reliable decision-making.
Required Experience:
Key Responsibilities
o Enterprise data warehouse architecture on prem cloud or hybrid
o Dimensional modelling star snowflake schemas
o Fact dimension design slowly changing dimensions SCD Types 13
o Understanding of data lake patterns
o Advanced SQL Oracle MSSQL
o Query optimization indexing strategies partitioning
o Handling large data volumes and complex joins
o Capacity planning and performance benchmarking
o Design and implementation of ETLELT pipelines
o Experience with tools such as SSIS Informatica Azure Data Factory
o Change data capture CDC strategies
o Error handling and logging
o Data quality frameworks completeness accuracy timeliness
o Rowlevel and columnlevel security
o Data lineage and metadata management
o Familiarity with IAM concepts and access controls a plus
o Technical leadership and mentoring
o Code reviews and design authority
o Stakeholder communication and design walkthroughs
o Documentation standards
