ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Centre Operations & Facilities Management

• Lead 24x7 operations of data centrefacilities including HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, generators, MV/LV distribution, BMS, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure high availability, uptime,and resilience of critical infrastructure.

DCIM & SCADA Systems Management

• Own and manage DCIM and SCADA platformsused for monitoring and control of power, cooling, environmental conditions, alarms, and capacity.
• Configure and maintainreal-time dashboards, alarms, trends,and reports..

Health, Safety, Quality& Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, HSE policies, and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 where applicable).
• Enforce permit-to-work, LOTO, risk assessments, and incident management processes.

Construction, Expansion & Commissioning Support

• Support data centre construction, expansion, and refurbishment projects.
• Review design drawings, control philosophies, networkarchitectures, and method statements related to DCIM, SCADA, BMS, and EMS systems.

Vendor, Contract &Stakeholder Management

• Manage vendorsand system integrators for SCADA, DCIM, BMS, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Oversee service contracts, SLAs, and performance KPIs.

Experience

• 815 yearsexperience in data centre or mission-critical facilities operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SCADA systems (monitoring, alarms, trending, and control).
• Solid experience using DCIM platforms forcapacity, power, and environmental management.
• Good understanding of BMS, EMS, PLC-based systems, and OT networks.
• Exposure to construction, commissioning, or data centrebuild projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendors.
