Description
- Assist in reviewing and managing contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Provide support in drafting and editing agreements for the Policy department.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external legal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address contract-related queries and concerns.
- Support the team in tracking contract deadlines and renewals.
- Utilize Korean language skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to streamlining processes for contract management.
Profile
A successful Deal and Contract Operations Specialist (Korean Speaker) should have:
- Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4 and above) and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Educational background in business, law, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract and policy management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
