MISSIONThe jobholder's mission is to be the preferred dealer in the industry based on strong customer relationships and strengthen these relationships by providing the right solutions that are required by the customers to increase the revenue of the company.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- To solicit and execute orders for clients
- To ensure accurate execution of orders based on client's instructions
- Service clients with market information, recommendations, trades updates
- Provide support to trading needs of clients online and offline
- To support Head of Department in achieving revenue and profit target, promote and develop new business
- Develop new markets and establish relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
- Researching competitors products, pricing, and provide market intelligence information to the management
- To assist in promoting the company's product and online trading platform
- Participate in domestic and overseas exhibitions from time to time
- Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate customer needs and promote products and solutions
- Willingness to travel to customer premises as required
Required Education And Experience
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 2 years of related working experience is required for this position
Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge on Fundamental and/or Technical Analysis is an advantage
- A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent, and able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability on multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
