As part of the APAC Regional Business Center (RBC), the APAC Delivery Assurance professional serves as the central point for delivery escalations, allocation management, and supply chain coordination. The role proactively monitors supply risks, collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery constraints, and ensures execution aligns with business priorities.

This position requires strong expertise in supply chain operations, logistics, stakeholder management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will anticipate delivery risks, support allocation decisions, improve end-to-end supply chain processes, and contribute to revenue achievement by ensuring reliable hardware delivery performance across APAC.

The role also partners with Demand Planning by providing insights from escalation trends to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory balancing, and customer satisfaction.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Manage delivery escalations and allocation activities in partnership with Business Centres (BC) and Global Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Operations (DO), Project Managers (PM), PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure timely customer deliveries.
  • Monitor and govern the CDO escalation process, ensuring effective execution and continuous process improvement.
  • Anticipate supply chain and logistics risks and proactively develop mitigation plans with local Delivery Operations teams.
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements by identifying best practices and implementing operational enhancements.
  • Manage supply chain escalation cases from Business Groups (BG) and Customer Teams (CT), ensuring effective stakeholder communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Ensure supply chain activities—including order launching, delivery planning, logistics coordination, invoicing, and execution—are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor equipment availability and track logistics execution through internal systems to support successful customer deliveries and revenue recognition.
  • Understand customer contracts, logistics requirements, and financial terms to ensure delivery commitments are met from order acceptance through billing.
  • Track APAC sales forecasts, risks, opportunities, and delivery performance against Business Centre targets.
  • Partner with Demand Planning by providing escalation trend analysis to improve demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Identify logistics constraints and coordinate with internal and external supply chain partners to improve delivery timelines.
  • Support governance activities, performance reporting, and regular operational review meetings across APAC.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead or contribute to process documentation, operational standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and delivery management.
  • Experience managing delivery escalations and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of demand planning concepts and their impact on delivery performance is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as BPP/P20) is preferred.
  • Understanding of import/export processes and logistics compliance is an advantage.
  • Experience in business analysis and operational process improvement is preferred.
