Overview
The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for leading location-based operations staff. They oversee multiple projects and make high-level project decisions such as budgeting and hiring. The Senior Delivery Manager assists with RFP generation and addresses major project issues. They engage with all levels and teams to drive ideas and innovation across all regions. Extensive management experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Head of location-based operations staff. Oversees multiple projects directly related to local staff.
Reviews relevant data from daily production reports.
Approval and submission of SPM timekeeping records. Approves SPM time-off requests.
Makes decision to implement Lean management.
Negotiates and approves project budget.
Responsible for Project GM.
Conducts interviews for SPM level positions. Decides on hiring.
Addresses major project issues at all levels.
Review End of Day Reporting (EOD) pertaining to process flow on assigned projects.
Ensure that all team members below are completing daily work satisfactorily.
Assists with RFP generation and project setup with Engagement Director and SPMs.
Delivery management for own region, including cross leveraging talent between regional hubs.
Engage with other groups to share ideas and innovation for all regional Delivery teams.
Ensure project requirements are met and drive timely solutions when required.
Additional duties as required.
Requirements
College/University degree.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Extensive experience in online communication.
Basic knowledge of PowerBI and internet-based platforms.
Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on specific position.
Leadership qualities including the ability to give/take feedback, recognition of when to delegate, and confidence.
Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
Organized and focused enough to work independently running a team.
