Delivery Lead, FRCS

Role Mission

Enable effective delivery, backlog management, and smooth daily operations across FRCS platforms by bridging Finance and Technology teams to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement for both legacy and migrated systems.

Accountabilities

• Manage and prioritise the FRCS product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Finance, Technology, and vendor teams.
• Ensure operational stability and smooth day-to-day system support.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality, and governance across FRCS initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery transparency and team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Functional Leads to refine and prioritise backlog items.
• Break down epics and features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate delivery across legacy finance systems and newly migrated platforms.
• Maintain transparent delivery reporting, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, audit requirements, and internal control policies.
• Partner with Finance to ensure solutions meet functional needs and reporting accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and feedback loops.
• Support change management, release planning, and readiness activities.
• Track delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down to guide planning.

Ideal Track Record

• 510 years of experience in delivery management, Agile practices, or system implementation.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP workflows, or FRCS processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage backlog, drive sprints, and resolve delivery impediments.
• Experience supporting both legacy and cloud-based finance platforms.
