The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to take ownership of end-to-end program delivery for a significant digital transformation initiative within the health insurance space. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in driving governance, managing risk, and ensuring the financial and quality integrity of the program from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery leader who thrives on complexity and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time and within scope
• Establish and maintain robust delivery governance frameworks across the program lifecycle
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to safeguard successful outcomes
• Oversee financial management of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Drive quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet defined standards
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on progress and issues
• Support digital transformation efforts within the health insurance domain
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 10 years of experience in delivery or program management roles
• Proven track record in delivery governance, risk, and financial management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technical audiences
• Experience within the health insurance industry or similar regulated domain preferred
• Familiarity with digital transformation programs and complex IT delivery environments
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
