Key Responsibilities
1, Regional Project Delivery & Team Management: Take full responsibility for the overall delivery management of all regional projects, covering warehouse automation, robotics, intelligent manufacturing, computer vision and other related fields. Implement dotted-line management for all local project managers to unify delivery standards, standardize project execution processes, and ensure consistent delivery efficiency and quality of regional projects.
2, Project Overall Control & Change Management: Be accountable for the delivery progress, final quality and overall performance of all regional projects. Manage, review and approve project change requests related to project scope adjustment, cost variation and schedule modification, conduct comprehensive risk assessment and control, and ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with contract requirements, budget standards and scheduled timelines.
3, Problem Resolution & Customer Relationship Management: Track, follow up and resolve technical problems, quality defects and various abnormal problems arising during project delivery and after-sales service phases. Continuously maintain and optimize long-term stable cooperative customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
4, Regional Contractor Management: Cooperate closely with the procurement department to conduct screening, qualification, and management of local contractors responsible for project implementation and after-sales services. Standardize contractor service standards, supervise their on-site execution quality, and ensure external outsourcing teams meet project delivery and service requirements.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or other relevant technical disciplines with a solid technical foundation in engineering and automation fields.
Professional Experience: More than 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in warehouse automation or robotics project fields. Proven experience in independently leading and delivering large-scale projects with a contract value of over 5 million USD, with complete project delivery management experience including pre-delivery planning, in-process control and final acceptance.
Industry & Compliance Knowledge: Familiar with automated and intelligent system solutions and industry application scenarios. Possess comprehensive and in-depth understanding of government regulatory requirements, engineering safety specifications and construction standards.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, capable of supporting cross-lingual project communication, document review, customer negotiation and team management work efficiently.
