About The Job.

In this role, you will take ownership of demand forecasting and drive integrated sales and operations planning to maintain optimal product availability across key channels.

• Develop and refine item-level demand forecasts by analysing commercial data, sales history, and promotional schedules.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to validate key planning assumptions and align commercial targets.
• Track actual sales against forecasts to identify variances, conduct root-cause analysis, and execute corrective action plans.
• Prepare demand review inputs for monthly sales and operations planning meetings while monitoring inventory exposure and stockout risks.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters within Tier-1 enterprise planning systems to manage stock replenishment and reduce obsolescence.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics, statistics, or a related field.
• Professional background in demand planning or supply chain execution within the FMCG sector.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet tools, along with practical experience utilising enterprise resource planning systems.
• Analytical capabilities in interpreting sales data, inventory figures, and forecast accuracy metrics.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
