What is the role about
- Develop a 12-month rolling demand forecast incorporating market intelligence (historical sales data, upcoming promotions, local festivals, and seasonal trends)
- Manage SKU-level health and perform strategic omni-channel inventory allocations at SKU level to optimize turnover and prevent out of stock or overstock situations
- Collect, consolidate and analyze sales data to identify market opportunities or threats and present actionable insights to the General Manager
- Support daily sales operations, including PO processing and delivery tracking to ensure fulfillment timeliness is met
- Actively participate in all S&OP meetings to provide data driven inputs to align across departments
- Liaise with regional supply and sales teams to align on performance and stock arrivals
- Develop and maintain reports or dashboards to present insights to the management
Are you the one
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or any related field is welcome to apply
- 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analysis, or Inventory Management (FMCG or Retail preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data modeling) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven ability to reconcile supply-demand gaps and influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- High level of accuracy, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional alignment
