Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage day to day demand planning & PO placement to ensure continued supply of goods into stores
  • Manage store/supplier inquiries on inbound/outbound allowing smooth supply chain
  • Analyze and highlight business risks and opportunities to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans
  • Collaboratively working with the Head of Supply Chain at all times driving projects to completion on time in full whilst managing team members to ensure strong KPIs are achieved

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of work-related experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus
  • Strong Teamwork with good people skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills dealing with numbers
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in supply chain planning, implementation, and end-to-end supply chain management(e.g., scheduling, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics)
  • Experience managing collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes with retailers (managing regional sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out demand forecasting and inventory allocation throughout the product life cycle)
