We are looking for a Civil & Structural Deployment Engineer to lead the on-site execution, installation, and commissioning of Cable Landing Stations (CLS), ensuring seamless deployment of civil and structural components. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site deployment of civil and structural components for Cable Landing Stations, including buildings, foundations, cable routes, trenching, ducting, and beach manhole structures.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient installation of civil and structural elements.
• Oversee site preparation, including excavation, trenching, and foundation work, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and resolve field issues related to civil and structural deployment, ensuring minimal downtime and delays.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and telecom teams to ensure integrated and functional Cable Landing Station infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to engineering designs and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and regulatory agencies to secure permits, approvals, inspections, and statutory clearances required for project deployment.
• Support commissioning activities, including testing, validation, and handover of civil and structural systems.
• Act as the technical liaison between field teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.
• Document and report on deployment progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in field deployment, construction, or installation of Cable Landing Stations (CLS), data centers, telecommunications facilities, industrial plants, or similar mission-critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in site preparation, excavation, foundation and structural installation, cable trenching, and ducting.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and safety and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using site surveying and layout tools, construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and AutoCAD or Revit (for field verification).
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve deployment challenges in real time.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience liaising with government authorities and regulatory agencies, with a sound understanding of permitting, approvals, inspections, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to travel and work on field assignments (domestic or international).
