Deposit Relationship Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Deposit Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing affluent customers, growing deposit portfolios, and delivering exceptional banking experiences while driving sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Acquire and onboard New-to-Bank (NTB) affluent customers with strong deposit relationships.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth customers.
• Drive growth in CASA and Term Deposits while increasing customer wallet share.
• Build long-term customer relationships through personalized banking solutions and proactive engagement.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and customer events.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Branch, and Product teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across wealth, financing, Islamic banking, and protection solutions.
• Monitor customer portfolios, proactively manage deposit retention, and safeguard customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal governance standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Affluent Banking, Preferred Banking, Wealth Sales, or Deposit Acquisition.
• Proven success in customer acquisition and deposit mobilization.
• Strong relationship management, networking, and prospecting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about building lasting customer relationships.
• Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth customers will be an added advantage.
