Primary Objective
- Responsible for SME deposit growth and strategy
- Manage and acquire a portfolio of non-borrowing NTB and non borrowing SME HVC
- Execute growth strategies for SME deposits for the Region
- To increase market share of SME deposits
- Customer relationship management and interface to ensure highest service levels
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Activities
- To acquire and nurture a list of corporations to sign-up Payroll through switching of employee
- salary bank
- Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve deposit growth budget for the Region
- focusing on top SME non-borrowing portfolio
- Liaise with deposit product development team on new campaigns and new product launches
- Drive joint marketing effort with various SBGs
- Develop and increase earnings potential and revenue relationships with customer through
- maintaining the relationship and servicing of customers needs
- Formulate, complete and execute account plans for customers to increase earning potential
- and revenue relationships
- To increase market share of SME deposits
Sales Management
- Provide all reporting required by SME department such as weekly sales update report include new sign-up payroll companies, on-boarding status & road shows
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer solution
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance of code of ethics during sales process and activities
- Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank
