Job Description

Primary Objective

  • Responsible for SME deposit growth and strategy
  • Manage and acquire a portfolio of non-borrowing NTB and non borrowing SME HVC
  • Execute growth strategies for SME deposits for the Region
  • To increase market share of SME deposits
  • Customer relationship management and interface to ensure highest service levels

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Activities

  • To acquire and nurture a list of corporations to sign-up Payroll through switching of employee
  • salary bank
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve deposit growth budget for the Region
  • focusing on top SME non-borrowing portfolio
  • Liaise with deposit product development team on new campaigns and new product launches
  • Drive joint marketing effort with various SBGs
  • Develop and increase earnings potential and revenue relationships with customer through
  • maintaining the relationship and servicing of customers needs
  • Formulate, complete and execute account plans for customers to increase earning potential
  • and revenue relationships
  • To increase market share of SME deposits

Sales Management

  • Provide all reporting required by SME department such as weekly sales update report include new sign-up payroll companies, on-boarding status & road shows
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer solution

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance of code of ethics during sales process and activities
  • Adhere to audit, risk and compliance standards & policies set by the Bank
