About the Job

To develop and support bank partnerships in order to increase bancassurance sales, build and enhance the relationship via proactive engagement, and contribute to the organization's overall Banca business growth

  • To achieve Banca Sales Target on TWNS & NBEV from assigned Branches/Sales Team
  • To drive Sales Activities with proactive engagement and strong initiative
  • To provide Training and Support to assigned Branches/Sales Team.
  • Provide Marketing Support to assigned branches/sales team.
  • Handle Enquiries Form Banker and Customers.
  • Joint Marketing with Bankers and Conduct Sales Hurdle
  • Identify Client's needs.
  • Maintain good rapport and close contact with banker.
  • Acquire increasing support actively from Financial Institution
  • Ensure timely completion of key related area, including accurate sales report management. scheduled marketing updates and time to time ad hoc task.

We are looking for people with

  • Possessed a recognized Tertiary education.
  • Preferably with sales or life insurance selling experience.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Able to communicate with different level of people.
  • Have good negotiating, relevant computer, presentation and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
