About the Role
This role sits within the CEO's Transformation Office and is responsible for driving strategic program execution across the organization. You will lead large cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure key business and technology programs are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong program management capabilities and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead large cross-functional programs across business and technology teams.
- Define program goals, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics aligned with company strategy.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps to drive timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Program Execution & Governance
- Establish program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and executive dashboards.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Drive prioritization across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align priorities across the organization.
- Facilitate executive and steering committee meetings with clear reporting and insights.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on key transformation initiatives.
Resource & Cost Management
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
- Ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining delivery timelines and quality.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive accountability across teams to resolve blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
Requirements
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in program management, transformation initiatives, or management consulting.
- Proven track record delivering large cross-functional programs across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Experience working within structured PMO environments with governance and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Exposure to business transformation, operating model changes, or post-merger integration.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
