Job Description
Position Level: Senior Executive Job Specialization: Manufacturing/Production Operations Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: A full time employment, the candidate should be experienced in managing food processing operation, especially in fresh juice extraction; responsibilities include: 1. dealing with supplier farms and educating them on My Gap and Quality standards of raw fruits. 2. Processing and extraction, reporting and managing yield 3. Cold storage, stock inventory and logistics 4. Recruitmnet and Managing of both full time and part time factory staff 5. Dealing with distributors and the sales department. Job Location: Pahang
Other Location: Accomodation will be provided at Karak for the right candidate. Years of Experience: 5 Age Range of Candidate: - Monthly Salary: - Requirements: a) trilingual — Mandarin, Bahasa and English b) about to do report in English and Mandarin. c) Able to communicate and deal with local staff. d) at least 5-10 years experience in a food processing operation familiar with HACCP, HALAL, and MESTI standards. d) Age between 30 to 45, at least Bachelor Degree in Food Science with experience. e) with own transport
