Job Summary
This role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflows, improving performance, and driving operational excellence. This role requires the ability to manage cross-functional teams, enhance productivity, and implement best practices for both short-term and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee and refine operational workflows to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, ensuring KPIs and company goals are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams, supporting recruitment, training, and talent growth.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
- Manage operational budgets, resources, and equipment to achieve company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, including lean practices and automation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and industry certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Develop and enforce quality control standards and handle major customer quality issues.
- Oversee supply chain and warehouse management systems for timely and cost-effective operations.
- Lead responses to operational emergencies or disruptions, communicating with stakeholders effectively.
- Use data-driven insights to drive decisions and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
Required Experience
- At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- At least 10 years related experience in sheet metal or semi-conductor parts.
- High preference with work experience in metal sheet, or metal fabrication industry.
- Operation management skills.
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems.
- Work knowledge with metal sheet background and quality tools.
- Familiar with ERP System, Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Independent, self-driven and results oriented.
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
