Assist in the design and development of boilers, pressure vessels, and related mechanical systems in accordance with ASME, DOSH, and company standards.
Prepare engineering drawings, fabrication details, and bill of materials using CAD software.
Perform basic engineering calculations such as sizing, stress checks, and material selection.
Coordinate with project, production, and QA/QC teams to ensure designs meet manufacturing and customer requirements.
Review and update technical documents, specifications, and design reports.
Provide engineering support during fabrication, inspection, and installation phases.
Ensure all design activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, safety, and manufacturability.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 13 years of experience in boiler or pressure-vessel design are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with pressure-vessel codes (e.g., ASME Section VIII), welding processes, and material standards is an added advantage.
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
