About the Role

• We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer/Designer to join our growing regional creative team. This role is dedicated to supporting the region and will work across POSM and others prints deliverables.
• You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative leads, account servicing, and production to develop high-impact visual solutions that meet brand and campaign objectives. This role is base in Malaysia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design POSM materials (e.g., shelf-talkers, wobblers, posters, standees, in-store display units) tailored to retail environment
• Develop others print assets
• Ensure design work is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and market nuances
• Collaborate with Regional account teams to understand briefs and local preferences
• Adapt master visuals for localization across different channels and formats
• Oversee quality checks and ensure final artwork is ready for production or publishing
• Manage timelines and proactively communicate progress or challenges to project stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in advertising, branding, or retail design
• Fluent in Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating POSM and other prints
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography
• Experience working with cross-market teams is an advantage
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a wider regional team
