Job Description

Device Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot desktop devices (e.g., computers, printers).

OS and Software Support: Install, configure, and support operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS) and software.

User Support: Provide daily technical support and resolve user issues.

Device Deployment: Set up and initialize new devices, including system and software installation.

Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets and software licenses.

Security Management: Update security patches and enforce security policies.

Documentation: Write and maintain technical documents and guides.

Vendor Collaboration: Work with suppliers to resolve hardware/software issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in IT related
  • Experience in desktop devices (computer, printers, windows, macOS) software installations and troubleshooting
  • Candidates who are open to working overtime and comfortable with a one-day off schedule.
