Developer - BE (L3 Support)

Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Developer (Backend) to join our Digital Banking L3 Support team. The role involves providing end-to-end application support, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to development enhancements within the Digital Banking platform.

Key Responsibilities: Provide L3 production support for Digital Banking applications, ensuring service availability and issue resolution within SLAs. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend system issues, working closely with L2 and development teams. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring incidents. Develop, enhance, and maintain backend components, APIs, and integration points within the Digital Banking ecosystem. Support application deployments, release management, and performance tuning. Participate in Agile ceremonies and adopt DevOps practices for automation and efficiency. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
