Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong technical and domain expertise in Investments & Wealth Management to join the Core Banking L3 Support team. This role focuses on providing advanced production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements within a .NET and SQL Server environment. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth understanding of wealth management platforms, including investment advisory services for diverse client segments, and have experience working in a DevOps-oriented setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for production issues in the Investments & Wealth Management systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis, resolve incidents, and implement long-term fixes in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain application code in .NET and T-SQL to support enhancements and issue resolution.
• Work within DevOps pipelines to automate deployments, monitor system health, and ensure stable operations.
• Collaborate with wealth management business teams to understand requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment scripts, and production runbooks.
• Support change requests, testing cycles, and integration with other core banking modules.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

6-9 years of hands-on experience in software development and production support roles.

Proficient in:

o .NET (C# or VB.NET)

o MS SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)

o Windows Server and open systems

Familiar with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.

Strong debugging and analytical skills for issue triage and resolution in production environments.

Domain Expertise:

Solid understanding of Wealth Management/Advisory platforms and services.

Experience supporting or developing systems for investment products, client profiling, financial planning, or advisory modules.
