Devops developer

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for insurance claims applications.
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) ensuring scalability and availability.
• Integrate DevOps practices into insurance claims systems and workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams on claims solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure stability.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory and security standards.

Skills & Experience

• 68 years in DevOps/Cloud engineering with insurance claims domain knowledge.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with insurance claims workflows / platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Exposure to RPA or analytics in claims processing.
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Insurance domain).
