The ideal candidate will assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our systems while ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a keen interest in automation, cloud technologies, and customer relationship management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps Practices:

  • Support CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and uptime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

CRM Integration and Maintenance:

  • Work closely with CRM teams to ensure smooth data flow and system integration.
  • Implement scripts and workflows to support CRM processes.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining CRM environments (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or others).

Cloud Infrastructure:

  • Assist in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure DevOps processes align with organizational goals.
  • Support development teams by automating repetitive tasks.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Set up monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, or similar) for systems and applications.
  • Provide regular reports on system health and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science of any related field.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures and APIs.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies.
