We are seeking to hire DevOps/SRE engineers. Talented & passionate engineers are encouraged to join our team. The day-to-day activities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Gitlab Runner to streamline the deployment process.
- Work with development teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports all service requirements.
- Manage pre-production and production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Perform infrastructure capacity planning and management to meet performance and budgetary objectives.
- Proactively monitor system performance and reliability, addressing issues before they become problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Implement automation tools for efficient resource utilization and reduction of manual work.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the current systems.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices in the infrastructure deployment and management processes.
The Must-Have:
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Experience with cloud services (Alicloud preferred) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu, CloudFormation).
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management (e.g., ELK stack).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals and security practices.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role is preferred.
