About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in streamlining our software development and deployment processes, ensuring high reliability, performance, and efficiency across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, RTC, SonarQube, and JUnit.
• Collaborate with development teams to support Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Manage and support on-premise infrastructure, including Linux servers, JBoss, and Tomcat.
• Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell and contribute to automation using configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Ensure database reliability and performance with Oracle and SQL knowledge.
• Monitor systems using tools such as Dynatrace to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum environments and follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, release, and test management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the related field.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, RTC, SonarQube, JUnit).
• Strong background in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Linux servers, JBoss, and Tomcat.
• Solid understanding of Oracle databases and SQL.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Experience using configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
