The DevOps Lead owns hybrid infrastructure architecture (Azure + on-prem), CI/CD design,
and production reliability. This role leads DevOps technical delivery for production-critical
systems and edge infrastructure (Ticketing Vending Machine, Barrier Gate, Access Control
Gate).
Minimum Experience Requirement
610 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering with technical
leadership experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern hybrid infrastructure architecture across Azure and on-prem environments
- Lead CI/CD architecture and deployment standards across teams
- Own reliability engineering practices (SLOs, alerting, incident response, postmortems)
- Lead container platform practices (Docker + Kubernetes) for production workloads
- Drive infrastructure automation (IaC) and environment standardisation
- Mentor DevOps engineers and guide technical execution
- Own operational readiness and deployment practices for edge devices (Ticketing
- Vending Machine, Barrier Gate, Access Control Gate)
- Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment patterns, security, and scalability
Mandatory Technical Requirements
- Strong hybrid infrastructure experience: Azure cloud + on-prem Windows Server/IIS (mandatory)
- Strong CI/CD design experience (multi-stage pipelines, approvals, rollback, blue/green or canary concepts)
- Advanced IaC experience (Terraform preferred; Azure Bicep acceptable)
- Docker + Kubernetes production experience (mandatory)
- Production monitoring/logging architecture experience
- Security implementation experience (secrets, access control, network segmentation basics)
- Proven ability to lead technical execution and mentor engineers
- Experience supporting production-critical systems with high availability requirements
