Key Responsibilities

Deliver proactive account management by identifying business solutions tailored to client needs.

Grow revenue opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition of new clients.

Understand client business objectives and craft commercial proposals with support from cross-functional teams.

Present AiChats products and services to clients and prospects with clarity and impact.

Manage and optimize social messaging marketing campaigns and chat commerce projects for clients.

Monitor campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve user engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success.

Requirements

Proven track record in client-facing account management or business development within digital, tech, or agency environments.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive business discussions.

Solid understanding of the digital customer journey and user experience principles.

Experience in Marketing Automation, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Agency is a strong plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.

Passion for AI, digital technologies, and the evolving customer engagement landscape.
