Digital Account Manager

We're hiring an Account Manager (Digital Marketing) in Petaling Jaya:

Mandarin-speaking, 1–3 years experience, RM3,500 – RM4,500/month.

You'll be the go-to person for your clients and run their Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO with our team behind you.

ZenWeb (zenweb.my) is a Malaysian digital marketing agency helping local businesses grow through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and web design. Fresh grads with strong internships or marketing projects are welcome too.

What you'll do

Client relationship

- Run onboarding: kick-off calls, collecting access and materials, agreeing on goals and timelines

- Be the main contact for your clients on WhatsApp, email and calls

- Set clear expectations and explain results in plain language

- Handle questions, concerns and change requests, and bring in the right teammate when needed

- Spot upsell and renewal opportunities and raise them at the right time

Digital marketing delivery

- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO campaigns

- Monitor performance and optimise for leads, sales or other agreed goals

- Prepare and present regular performance reports

- Coordinate with our designers, writers and developers so work is delivered on time

Internal

- Keep client records, tasks and deadlines up to date

- Share client feedback and ideas to help improve our service

What we're looking for

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 1–3 years in digital marketing, account management or client servicing (agency experience preferred)

- Hands-on experience with at least one of Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO, and willing to learn the rest

- Able to read campaign data and explain it simply

- Fluent in Mandarin (many of our clients communicate in Chinese) with good English

- Organised and comfortable handling several clients and deadlines at once

- Calm and professional when clients are worried or unhappy

Nice to have

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or reporting tools

- Experience with WordPress or website projects

- Experience working with Malaysian SMEs
